Digital Steering
Our project is about calculating the steering angle of the wheels and producing a digital signal with that number. In our steering angle detection sensor Network we use 11 Hall sensors and a magnet for this task. With these sensors we can detect easily where the highest magnetic flux is, and this way we can calculate the angle of the wheels. A program is running on an Arduino developer board to get the datas and perform the calculations.
